養殖鮭鱒魚首度躍上2009-2010年澳洲最具經濟價值水產品之列澳洲農業、資源經濟暨科學局發表的2010年澳洲水產統計報告指出,澳洲養殖鮭鱒魚(以鱒魚及大西洋鮭魚為最大宗)2009-2010年產值成長13%(36,910萬澳幣),打敗澳洲水產品經濟收益最高的岩龍蝦。鮭鱒魚及蝦等養殖水產業營收較高且持穩的狀況下,房屋二胎野生捕獲水產業營收減少3%成為2009-2010年澳洲水產總產值下滑2%(21.8億澳幣)的主因。 2009-2010年澳洲水產量成長2%,水產品出口值下滑導致生產總產值衰退。2009-2010年因澳幣對美元及日圓分別升值18%、8%,造成澳洲生產商出口價格下跌。2009-2010年澳洲水產出口值暴跌18%(12億澳幣),高經濟價值的出口水融資產品依序為岩龍蝦(產值為40,000萬澳幣)、珍珠(24,400萬澳幣)、鮑魚 (21,600萬澳幣)、鮪魚(11,800萬澳幣)、對蝦 (6,100萬澳幣)。2009-2010年澳洲水產品仍以香港(囊括澳洲出口產值55%)及日本(22%)為主要出口市場;其他出口市場還有美國(5%)、中國大陸(4%)及新加坡(3%)。 (摘譯於INFOFISH Trade News, 591No. 18/2011,3 October 2011)SALMONIDS BECOMES AUSTRALIA'S MOST VALUABLE FISHERIES PRODUCT FORFIRST TIME IN 2009-10The value of salmonids production increased by 13% to A$369.1 million (US$380 million) in 2009–10, surpassing rock lobster as Australia’s highest earning 室內裝潢fisheries product, according to Australianfisheries statistics 2010, released by the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economicsand Sciences. Australian salmonids production predominantly consists of trout and Atlantic salmon.Despite higher earnings from the 售屋網production of salmonids and shrimp, the gross value of Australianfisheries production fell by 2% to A$2.18 billion (US$2.2 billion) in 2009–10. This decrease wasmainly a result of lower earnings from the wild-catch sector, which fell by 3%, while earnings fromaquaculture seoproduction remained roughly stable.Australian fisheries production, increased by 2% in volume in 2009–10, but lower export prices formany fisheries products resulted in the gross value of production falling in the year.Export earnings in 2009–10 were influenced by the 吳哥窟appreciation of the Australian dollar againstseveral major currencies – 18% against the US dollar, and by 8% against the Japanese yen – whichresulted in Australian producers receiving a lower price for their exports.In 2009–10, the value of Australian fisheries exports 住商房屋decreased by 18% to A$1.2 billion (US$1.24billion), with rock lobster the most valuable fisheries export in the year (valued at A$400 million),followed by pearls (A$244 million), abalone (A$216 million), tuna (A$118 million) and prawns (A$61million). Hong Kong and Japan remained 賣屋the main export markets for Australian fisheries exports in2009–10, accounting for 55% and 22% in value terms, respectively. Other major export marketsinclude the United States (5%), China (4%) and Singapore (3%).
